After our trial brassica update last week, we’ve got a further update. The Graffiti purple cauliflowers that were just starting to form have got much bigger over the past week.

And yesterday we enjoyed this one in our turkey teriyaki stir fry! We find that the purple cauliflower can look a little unappealing if boiled or steamed, but it retains more of its colour when stir fried, so we prefer to eat it this way!

In addition, the Romanesco cauliflower, Navona, that was poking its head out of its leaves last week was also ready to eat this week. The way the light shines off this one is just fantastic (or we think so anyway!)
